The rooms were decently clean and not worn-down like other hotels you pay the same price for. Even though the fridge was not clean, it kept the food and drinks cold.

The room was clean, but the HVAC controls were a pain to use.

I stayed for 1 night in the King Room with Roll-in Shower, Disability Access, Non-Smoking, and it was fantastic! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linen and towels were pristine. Plus, there’s a discount at the diner across the street, which was a lovely surprise.

A Disappointing Experience with Dirty Rooms

After driving for 11 1/2 hours, arriving was frustrating without staff present at check-in. Our room had an unpleasant smell, dirty bedding with stains, and the bathroom needed immediate attention. Despite asking for extra pillows, only one was provided. I wouldn't recommend this for families.

The room was in shocking condition. I encountered dirty floors and stained carpets throughout the hallways. My bathroom was a disaster, with soap scum everywhere and long hair stuck to the shower walls. Additionally, the internet connection was unreliable, cutting off frequently, leaving me completely frustrated.

The room had basic amenities like a fridge, which worked well for keeping my snacks cold. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. the table had dried food, and there was some hair in the corner. The staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed, leading to delays in addressing issues like the dirty table and elevator service interruptions. Plus, the layout and doors posed concerns for my dog due to the gap underneath. I enjoyed the European bread served in the dining area, but the overall experience fell short of expectations.

The kids loved being close to Hersheypark Stadium. it was only a short drive away. We spent the morning exploring some local spots nearby and had a pleasant visit. A memorable moment was when we checked in and the staff offered us local attraction tips, which was really helpful for our family.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness of the room could be better.

the staff was incredibly welcoming. and the vending machines offered a great variety of snacks. the area around the motel is lively with parks and museums nearby, perfect for exploring.

I recently stayed here for five nights and really enjoyed the comfy beds and the cool in-room fridge for my snacks. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were great for unwinding after a long day. The only hiccup was some noise from nearby guests, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊
